You must become a member of the Trendigo community. To do this, register for free on our website through the page Create an account. Once your registration is complete, your Trendigo smartcard will be mailed to you. Once you receive the smartcard, activate it to get immediate access to Trendigo offers and savings and make purchases at Trendigo partner vendors through your cell phone using the NFC technology (Upload the free Trendigo mobile application). If you do not have a cell phone or do not want to use your cell phone or tablet to make purchases, you can use your Trendigo smartcard.
Just go to your online profile and find the option enabling you to re-send the activation email. Make sure that the email address you provided is correct and remember to check your spam folder (the email could have mistakenly ended up in that file).

Yes. You have access with the Trendigo mobile application to the same offers, same banking facilities, and same transactional confirmations as the Trendigo card; the only difference is when making payments, where you bring your phone close to the Trendigo terminal (NFC system available on Android). For IOS systems (Apple), you must use the NFC card.

Yes. Like a credit card, this card is personal and non-transferable and is linked to your credit accounts. If you do not have the Trendigo mobile application, you must present this card at Trendigo partner locations to benefit from Trendigo offers and savings.
If you are a Trendigo member (Register now), just view the offers on the website www.trendigo.com or on the Trendigo mobile application (Upload the free Trendigo mobile application). Next, visit the partner location to take advantage of the posted offer. Pay for your purchase directly at the partner location using your Trendigo card or cell with the NFC technology.
Yes, your Trendigo card must be activated on the website to work at Trendigo partner sites. To activate it, simply click on the link in the activation email and register the card number in the system, and you’re ready to go!
The restrictions are set by the partner merchant. There is no restriction, except those potentially set out in the offer posted on the website and the mobile app Trendigo. The transaction also included taxes and gratuities products and services you consume through your Trendigo card or mobile Trendigo.

Contact our client services immediately at 1-844-766-5005 to cancel your card. We will deactivate it and send you a new one. In the event of recurring loss (more than two times) of your Trendigo card, we reserve the right to charge you additional administration fees.
Trendigo members automatically receive 5% on all their purchase (excluding taxes and tips). For instance, if a member make a 20$ purchase, he will reveive 100 points.

In addition, merchants regularly offer special promotions in which they give a bigger percentage in points with every purchase. Offers can go as high as 25% in points, which means that for a 20$ spent, a member will receive 500 points.
